Why is it taking more than 5 minutes for avionics to boot up? Other helicopters with glass cockpits go from cold to take off in 2minutes.

too complicated.... i flew a bell 206, one of the first in the US to obtain a Rotor IFR ticket....just give the pilot a simple panel with large, easy to understand instruments and fuel indicators. Simple is best when flying a helicopter in the clouds and doing an ILS, or any approach in weather

DDT DDT yeah but those are just the redundant controls, the main control is the four axis autopilot
