Wait so you pre batch all of your drinks? I understand you need to batch certain ingredients but it seems you batch everything. I've batched cocktails before but I feel that guest don't want to see you pouring their drink from one bottle. Then serving I also found that the drink tends to be different from each batch. Depending on ingredients. How long its shelf life changes the drinks flavor I'm not really into the pre batch but I do appreciate your creativity in the cocktail. I would like to see you make a drink with all ingredients seperate lol😊😊
