Cocktails with Rachel - Coopers' Craft Smash

For Labor Day, try a refreshingly simple craft bourbon cocktail:
Coopers' Craft Smash
o 1.5oz Coopers' Craft Reserve 100 Proof Bourbon
o 0.75oz Simple Syrup
o 3 Lemon Wedges
o 8 fresh mint leaves + 1 sprig for garnish
-Add simple syrup, mint leaves, and lemon wedges to shaker and muddle
-Add bourbon
-Fill shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds
-Strain into ice-filled glass
-Garnish with lemon peel and fresh mint sprig
