In general, taller (longer wingspan) and heavier wins even against training. There is a reason we have weight classes in combat sports (and in leagues they do gender, but in the army women will fight men of SIMILAR SIZE). Heart helps get rid of the jitters before a fight, but that's about it. Fight and train enough, and you can learn to loose it, while also gaining knowledge on how to defend yourself. Or in this case, start a fight by punching a mouthy asshole, because if these weren't YT dweebs doing a lame 'prank' it would have been a real fight, and buddy probably would a got leveled quick in front of his girl. No disrespect to buddy, just saying. Over confidence can get you killed.
