You can't break boost in the gtr. Well his build u might be able to. Also he dont need no anti lag with these cars. He is out of boost range and hitting the anti lage after he they take off.

That's the world's slowest 2000 hp gtr. Even on map 3 at 1200ish hp it should have put a train length on the Maclaren effortlessly

As long as you take care of it, they are not known for having a lot of issues at all. Its just a well known fact that British made cars are complete shitboxes. Their parts are cheap, bad quality and frail. Engines are garbage so you gotta dump another twenty thousand to make it reliable. Anything british made is going to be piss poor.

I guarantee he has broken pistons and at least one rod that window'd the block.. Nitrous on long rolls without the proper tuneup is death to engines.. It had no bottle warmers, improper fuel to n2o ratio is death to internals.. Nitrous is not a toy, many guys want to get it as its a cheap power adder, yet it takes the most knowledge and discipline to run safely.. You are banking on bottle pressure and solenoids to run it safe, one little mistake, and boom your done.. I have a mini barn full of window'd sbf blocks, pistons, cracked & broken, and huge holes burnt in them.. bent and snapped rods.. I love it, but would never use it on long highway pulls at full load for more than a few seconds total... He was prob on the button for 3 full gears..

@@executiveinvestments I never said shit about the tune, I said I love N20 but its easy to blow shit up, via low bottle pressure, solenoid failure, and causing damage on long pulls while spraying.. I have only been successful with N20 since putting egt sensors on each header tube to verify cylinder to cylinder distribution. If you wanna talk about the tune, it can look fine but one cylinder could be rich while the one next to it can be lean AF..

Looks like a hole in the block to me, rod exited the building.. due to a piston cracking and disintegrating into pieces sending the rod out the block blowing all the oil on everything hot.. Lucky it didn't burn to the ground.. He didn't even have bottle warmers on to get proper pressure in the bottles, and N20 is not very safe for long highway pulls like that..

It's most likely the traction control sensor, They had a bad batch and the sensor sends a wonky signal to the ECU, you can also just try to ground everything out better as like with many Ford's they never earthed the ECU's properly.

Does that mclaren have wastegate solenoids?? If so maybe that may be the issue i had that issue with a focus rs it would run good and out of nowhere itd have a false limp mode and cut power ended up being a faulty wastegate solenoid
