Shhhh, Englewood is a wonderful secret!!! Great presentation and I am thrilled Lennar is building in Charlotte County. Currently residing in LWR and prices are $100,000+ on the same villas in a different development.

Thanks for your comment and we love Englewood bits the next Venice as far as we are concerned. I was just in LWR with a customer today and villa were 550k and looked at the neighbors lanai. We then explained that we can get the a 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 car garage and a pool for the same price. Your money goes a lot further in Englewood.
