Sweet Coco is 50 days pregnant. She can give birth at 57 days, but usually it is around 62 days. Coco is tired. She likes to walk but not for too long and sleeps the rest of the day (snores). She is completely pampered by us. xxx Eveline

Oh I can’t wait to se the puppies! 🥰 My friends miniature dachshund couldn’t walk the last days when she was pregnant. The belly was to big. They had to cary her out to potty and eat in bed 😹 She got 6 puppies. And then she was retired after that 🥰

Yes they do. My daughter’s dog knew she (daughter) was pregnant long before anyone else. He became extremely protective of her; her twins are now six, and Monty looks after them night and day. 😊

Yes, they know that very well. Loulou & Mimi also knew it. Loulou started licking Coco's pee and Mimi smells Coco all the time as if she smells different. We hadn't had an ultrasound yet, but we already knew she was pregnant.

well the funny thing is that apparently Loulou tried to get frisky with the stud dog that was paired up with Coco lol. Eveline had to make sure Loulou got out of the way, otherwise she might have a "Father of the Bride 2" situation on her hands (unsure if Loulou was spayed after her pregnancy)

We wanted to do a final check up with her to see if everything is okay, but according to the vet it is not necessary. Coco had been fully examined before and she is healthy so it should not cause any problems. Coco snores when she is tired. xx
