Coco Lee’s husband has spoken out publicly for the first time since the late Disney star’s death. The Hong Kong-born star died on July 5, days after she attempted suicide. She was 48. On Friday, her billionaire husband, Bruce Rockowitz, wrote an obituary obtained by Dimsum Daily Hong Kong, where he reflected on his wife’s life. "CoCo was a beautiful person both inside and out, warm, kind, and full of life," the obituary read in part. "The many lives she touched will deeply miss her, but her influence and radiance will continue to shine on forever. Details of her funeral will be announced at a later time," he added. His tribute comes days after her sisters, Carol and Nancy Lee, confirmed her passing on Instagram and Facebook.

Because in the outside, you seems have family and friends that you should be able to rely on, but in reality, they can also the source that exacerbate or escalate your depression further. Condolences to Coco's family. She was beautiful and talented. Depression is real and so are the demons but the good news is that Jesus is real too. Whoever controls the mind, controls the man. We can't have two masters. Either God is controlling our minds or the devil. Who are you listening to? I've suffered with depression and anxiety for most of my life and four years ago it became so unbearable that I almost committed suicide. Psychiatrist and psychologist tried to help me but couldn't. The last psychiatrist that I visited led me to believe there was no God. That made me plummet to a really dark place. If there is no God, then there is no hope. The devil is so clever. If he can convince you that there is no God, then he can completely control you. Whether the psychiatrist really believed there was no God or he wanted me to rely on him, I don't know. Can you imagine relying solely upon doctors? You spend one hour per week with them and the remaining 167 hours you are left with the demons. You can't win. I chose to listen to the small, yet strong inner voice within me that told me not to give up. I began reading the Bible and got to know Jesus. Jesus is with us 24/7. Always ready to help. All we have to do is ask. But we must follow His instructions as well. It wasn't easy at first following Jesus because the world was advising me differently but this is my life and I was sinking fast. The world had its chance and didn't help me so I cried out to God and Jesus delivered me. Slowly, I weaned myself off of the medications while meditating on the word of God. When the devil told me nobody liked me and that I was ugly or would never be successful. I responded, "God loves me. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I'm made in the image of God. My security comes from God and not people or my achievements. God is more concerned about godly character than He is outward appearances." Four years later, the demons that once controlled me, no longer do. I'm finally free. I know the truth. The most important thing in life is not fame or riches but rather a rich relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Choose Jesus! He will set you free. If you are suffering from depression or anxiety, don't give up. Don't let the demons win. Don't believe the devil's lies. The truth is you are not alone. God is with you and He loves you but you must follow His instructions so you can find sanity. God has given us a sound mind, a healthy mind but the devil seeks to steal, kill and destroy. Be content, be grateful, forgive others and don't envy anyone. Instead, be genuinely happy for others. Remember 'The Golden Rule' authored by Jesus, "Treat people the way you would like to be treated." Stick with Jesus and He will lead you to greener pastures.
