Coco is a handsome dude. He seems to be doing well, for a 32 year old horse. He really tolerated the treatment well. It was cool to see the change on his spine alignment after the adjustment you made. It was visible when you demonstrated with your fingers. Also the bounce of his abdomen when you pushed on his spine and the difference before and after. Thank you for thanking the time to explain what you are palpating and adjusting. Coco may not like all your talking but I find it interesting and a good learning opportunity.

I love how he talks to the animals to convey his intentions. They may not understand our words exactly but animals are highly perceptive especially domestic ones. They can feel our attitude towards them based on many subtle tells we give off including tone and body language.

Now all that was adorable! I thought for sure he was going to lick you,but then he seemed to spot the camera man. LOL Poor Dr Doug and all that hair. Are you allergic to horses? Or the weather? That was a very good stretching of the tail, he was leaning really hard. Great job with that curve in the spine! Thanks Dr Doug. Have a great night everyone 😁🤗

2:27 I actually think Alaska, as weird as that sounds, is the Eastern most point since the Aleutian Islands cross the 180-degree meridian of longitude. I believe it’s one of those trick questions. But if nobody buys that, Maine definitely has a further Eastern Point than Long Island. Coco was a charming little horse I tell you! Cute as a button too! 🐶💯

The first adjustment, at the top of the head I believe you refer to that at the 'pol' had a remarkable effect. Coco sat with it for a while but once the licking and nibbling integration started it went on and on and was so pronounced, I can't help thinking that must have been throwing Coco off for ages and went right through the little one's entire frame. I could definitely see the way Coco's end was all crooked and how you brought that back into alignment - amazing and so interesting. As an aside, I can't help thinking young Rachel keeps the horse's treats in her jacket pocket 😁

Dr Willen, I think Coco and Butterscotch are the cutest mini horses 🐴that you’ve worked with. Both of their names match perfectly 👌to their beautiful furs and you were so awesome 👏with them. It’s hard for you to work on the miniature houses cause you need to get lower and also it isn’t easy to work on the normal sized horse cause you need that thing that you carry to climb up to adjust them. You were absolutely amazing doc, enjoy the rest of your week.

Where are you located? I really need a decent/good chiropractor for my 3 horses. An OTTB, a mini, and a pony, all of them rescues. The thoroughbred had 32 starts, and I want her to get a good adjustment before I start to ride her again. I live in Northern California, the SF Bay Area, but don't know any really good equine chiropractors. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your time.
