You know, it's actually amazing how positive she always is whenever she talks about this comeback song. Sure, she mentions this song's production is kind of an independent work kind of thing -- everything coming together with the help of her friends and through fundraising -- but she says it all in a positive tone or light. No hard feelings at all, or accusing tone towards her company. She really focuses on how, this song was an _opportunity_, a chance to be an actual artist, and that she loved that she got the chance to be her own boss for this song. It makes me proud of her. Of her who is an artist, and who is a good person. It's not about "Oh, I made this video without my company's support!" It's about "I made this video the way I wanted it to be and I didn't let financial setbacks stop me! This production was made through the help of my friends and my own power."

Well, from what Coco said on Twitch is that Mole didn't promote her Sugar Cake song as much as Sori's Touch song and put her music on the back burner. Also, Coco said that Sori is "fake nice" and Sori never told Coco about her solo project, even though both of them were publicly crowdfunding. Coco omitted the part in her Twitch stream that Mole offered her a song but she did not like their choice, so she decided to release Sugar Cake independently. A few weeks prior, Coco did AMA on r/kpop explaining how Sugar Cake was her baby and she put her own resources into the project. On the other hand, Sori agreed to promote and release her Touch song through Mole and got all the support from them. Mole, of course, is going to market Sori's music vehemently because she did everything Mole told her to and through them, but Coco still accused Mole of favoring Sori.

Thanks for giving me the details. That certainly shined some light on the more delicate and complicated details of the issue here. It's definitely a mess. A real dirty mess. Honestly, I'm only here because I heard of her solo efforts from Edward Avila's recent video and wanted to give her a bit of support because the positivity she showed in these videos are very inspiring to hear and see. But I'm not really that invested about what truly happening within the group because I'm not really a fan. However, I do hope CocoSori will fix the issue going on between them soon because their group only consists of the two of them and one could only imagine the awkwardness and tension between you and your partner when you literally have no choice but to work with them.
