I have a lady-friend from Iran. I remember around the time of Iraqi invasion of Kuwait I saw on tv some blacks in I think it was Iraq but it may have been Iran. I was surprised (but maybe I should not have been). I asked her about it and she was like "Oh yeah". She says they are more outside of the urban areas, that's why you don't really see them. Could have been there since the Arab slave trade or even since the exile back in "Bible times".
