Milk- 3/4 cup ( you can use 1 cup also)
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Corn starch/ Corn Flour-2 Tbsp
Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup
Salt- pinch
Vanilla extract-1/2 tsp (optional)
Unsalted Butter-2 Tbsp
Note- if you are using salted Butter then don’t add
Salt.

I just tried.. It came out really wonderful.. My daughter was so excited to see the result.. I had to add few sugar according to our sweet level.. stunning one dear.. Guys you all must try it out.. You will feel happy at the end.. Now I don't need to wait to buy whipping cream / cream to make ganache

Very very tasty recipie i used the piping ganache for my cupcake its really really good and im surprised that we didnt even taste a speck of corn floury taste!! I did add a little more sugar

I just made this. It thickened up very nicely and tastes like pudding. So delicious. I put it in the refrigerator to see if I'm able to pipe it later. If not, I'll use it to cover some frozen fruit. Thanks so much

Oh yara. Mai ny try ki ... Maza aagya....sb ko bhtt pasand aiii .. koi b nh kh sakta k chocolate nh hai... Sb ny chocolate hi samjh k khayii ..but mai ny 2 Tb extra sugar add ki thi .. Hello, I want to ask if your Ganache is stable even if I will keep it in room temp for some time. And will it harden like chocolate bar when it's used as a frosting on the cake when it's kept in the fridge? Thank you

You can keep it in room temp. It will not harden like chocolate when you keep it in fridge. We added 2 tbsp butter here so it will be hard little because of butter.. taste will be amazing. Thanks

Hi is't really nice but just I have really small opinion when we use a chocolate cream or chocolate cake we don't use a vanilla we use a nescafe or little bit a caffe powder or without any perfum because it's a chocolate 😊really friendly thank you

You can use pouring ganache for drizzle brownie. You can make it ahead and store in a air tight container in refrigerator for 5 days.

For fondant you need firm ganache. I will recommend you to use my chocolate ganache with milk.

Depend karta h weather par. Jyada jot hain to 1-2 hours room temperature par. Normal hot hain to 3-4 hours tak.
