On November 28th, 1942, America's deadliest nightclub fire broke out at Bay Village's Cocoanut Grove Club. 81 years later, Mayor Wu gathered in Statler Park with City Councillor Ed Flynn, Fire Commissioner Paul Burke, and the victims' families to break ground on a memorial for the victims, and commemorate the tragedy's 81st anniversary,
