coconut extract is essential in everything coconut milk related, my Newfie friend. also some rum extract can up the ante too *not Screech though - lol* thanks for the pro tip how to make the frosting! greetings from Winnipeg

Oh wow! Thank you for this hack. I tried it once a long time ago but it was a flop. It could've of been the humidity. Powdered sugar revelation, woohoo!
