I think the "omg 10 years" is always from a place of admiration - to keep a business running for 10 years is an incredible achievement! I never thought about it coming across the other way though - will def be conscious about that in the future. The sticky notes are a fab idea.

Yeah I agree that the “wow” is admiration! Like “wow, you’re so young and you’ve ran a successful business for 10 years!” Or “wow, 10 years is amazing, well done” Never would I think it was a negative thing ❤ you’re smashing it!!!!

I read somewhere that the danger years for a business are around the 7 year mark (in Australia anyway) so to get to the 10 year mark is indicative of a successful business. So, well done you!!! Also they might think you look too young to have been in business for 10 years 😂❤
