They seem to be inspired by some of George Kelgren's pre-Kel Tec designs, both of those chamber .22 Winchester Magnum which iirc is kinda comparable to 5.7x28 .22 LR pop guns, these are not

It's chambered in .22, which is one of the smallest pistol calibers available, so yes it can hold 30 rounds in a pistol
