Overall, MW3 guns definitely had more bass than their MW2 counterparts and had more noticeable thud sounds. The thud of the guns in MW2 were louder in treble, which I liked in design but its not very really ear-friendly when heard repeatedly a couple hundred more times, so I think they've lessened the treble in MW3

Of the many dozens of problems with MW2, I just realized that the Deagle's iron sights are misaligned - the front sight's closer to the right than the center. Shows what a budget of Drake Bell's current income gets you. This video honestly proves my point that every CoD is the same as the last one with only subtle changes here and there. These two have mostly the same exact weapons with almost identical firing noises that are inaccurate as hell based on the actual weapons firing, and they reuse those godawful effects for multiple guns. Every assault rifle firing in MW3 sounds nearly identical.

Necro: Actually, a lot of the problems with MW2 were acknowledged by Infinity Ward at the the time, and they had a legitimate road map to fix everything up along with more planned content. That was before the lawsuit between IW and Activision and the exodus of all the senior members of the team left the game on life support while they went to start up Respawn Entertainment. Also reusing animations doesn't make a game bad, old cod does reuse animations but they are talking about how bad weapon balancing is, like how a nail gun does more damage than a shotgun and that there are about as much if not more hackers in today's CoD servers than BO2 when it was new.

I really liked the old reloads, sounds and the old style COD series. Nowaday it felt like its just a child persective on how they reload guns and futuristic BS, espciely the BS Pay2Win system that you must waste the living s*** out of your savings. COD really was the best FPS shooter in all platforms and now look where it is. Such a waste of time and saving, i prefer BF and other great games around my childhood until TryDumps make COD the way it is again. Just like, look at BF3 and four. The creators of mw3 were lazy, they barely added any new weapons, the gun sounds are either the same or used from a different one, most of the reloading animations are reused, all of the guns that were put into mw3 we're just recolored skins of the old ones.
