Hello everyone, a number of you have asked me to PIN this solutions to this video: First of, here is the link on how to start your PS4 on safe mode: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZXdpKpriZ6DhMU Here are the steps that got me playing multiplayer again: 1. Turn off your PS4. 2. Start PS4 in safe mode. Follow link above on how to do so. Make sure you’re turning on using the power button on the console, not the remote and that you're holding the power button for the 3 seconds. 3. Once you see the safe mode menu, select option # 3 "update system software". 4. The process takes 5-10 minutes. It should automatically download and install new software 5. Once completed, go back to COD and re-download and install the missing multiplayer pack. - enjoy. Note. This worked for me and it has worked for others. I personally reached out to Activision and submitted a report, in fact, the reason I created this video is because they requested a video as evidence to be able to "see" what the problem was. I shared this video with them as part of my report. It's been almost a month I believe and the last I heard from them was, "we'll let you know once we have a solution". In any case, credit goes to a viewer in my comments section "KTP aka BillyDAGOAT" who reached out with the solution. Ever since season five started it’s says that multiplayer pack corrupted and I get and corrupted error CE something which I know it’s not. It’s not corrupt since I barely use my PS4 like that. I was able to fix it but it’s pretty annoying just press resume and pause back and fourth it should work but it is pretty annoying! You have to watch it download to make sure. I hope season 6 everything is fixed !

Hello, exactly the same thing happens to me, practically since I bought the game I couldn't play the multiplayer modes except for the ones that appear 24/7 like shipment or shoothouse. The worst thing is that the only reason I bought the game was to unlock the camos and I've been trying for a year. I'm stuck because I can't do platinum since I can't play the big maps or the hardcore mode. I tried all the community recommendations, uninstalling the game, changing PS accounts, restarting the ps4... nothing works

Finally it works! I had problem with this crap last autumn, but when I started mw2 today there was a new big update. I downloaded the new update to the game and then I download the multiplayer pack once again. And you know what? This time IT WORKED =) maybe it works the same for you???

For me it seems like a problem of the data pack itself. I saw your multiple pack was 8.1 GB. Mine however is 6.14 GB. I have no idea on how to un-corrupt the pack. I also can't seem to find Activision's support email...

I just fixed, you will need a friend who has not the same problem and can play multiplayer. 1. Complete delete you PS 2. Gut your friend user(do not need to be set as main account) 3. Install MW2, i only installed multiplayer 4. Once installed, add your account(i did as main account) 5.play and it worked. PD: i did not try to deleted my friend account,maybe if deleted does not work. But it seems it would. I hope this help yoy guys. It is been hell and disapointing. BUT IT FINALLY WORKS

@@jaysenton988 Try restarting the console and the game. If that doesn't work go into your consoles downloads and check if you can do it there (the download where games are installed aka you Queue). If that doesn't work go into manage game content and uninstall the multiplayer pack and the campaign and co op, if that also has a problem, and redownload them. If that doesn't work delete the game and its add ons and re download them. If that doesn't work you have to do a whole thing with going into safe mode I don't know how to do it though. I have finally found the true solution you must first delete the game from your system, then eject the game from your system. Re-enter the game once your ps5 load back up CLICK THE DISC TO REDOWNLOAD.. DO NOT GO TO GAME LIBRARY! This will work I guarantee YOUR WELCOME
