Some notes: I know you wont see this but thought Id try and help. Comms: Call out once, twice at most and stop yelling. Keeping comms clear and not so chaotic allows for them to think and for you to coach easier. Cowboy: Establish the mentality for a sub as close range and close encounters. Envision rooms, hallways, chokepoints, etc. Hill kitten and all he needs to look at his close encounters in the HP. Records: For his style of play, he needs to use bodies and stay close. He calls a play and holds, dont get comfortable unless hes in a power position. Records can shoot so on HP's keep him around the hill supporting his lacking subs. Use more head glitches. For spawns, a good way to think of spawns is wherever your dominant control of the map is, they spawn on the opposite side of the map (its helped for me). This mentality could help with cutting lanes and figuring out spawns for them. Spooks: Role AR. I would like for him to be supporting AR but to be that guy that is controlling HP rotations (watching time and rotating early). Xcessive: switch to sub, he has aggressive tendencies. Its like putting someone with severe ADHD in a box and telling him to shutup. He wants the gunfights. This is your cutoff guy thats aggressive. Controls: Comms need to be clear and slow the comms down. Slow the game down and allow for comms to be concise. Slow the game down and push as a team. Their roles will establish themselves. Practice the mentality of stacking after getting a wave of kills. S&D: need to see some more gameplay, all I saw was the 3v4
