If your having trouble getting the mvm mod to work try downgrading your game version to 1.7 an easy way of doing that is to join next to any server and it will do it for you, you will have to go through a couple prompts but its really easy 😀

i have a problem with MVM, the mod fail and crash my game

@@ThyPeroz when I launch the "botmod" mod I can no longer do ALT+TAB to launch MVM (I only have one screen), so I closed the game then launched MVM and restarted the game, except that I have a "failed to initialize IW3MVM" error message and the game close

@@Xeuexe when the botmod is loaded try windowing your cod4 with the commands /r_fullscreen 0 after that type /vid_restart and see if it will initialize while its windowed as this helps mvm see the game. You could also try verifying your game files through steam

YO dude so basically if you hit clips in a public game and you want to create cinematics - you need to re-create your clip in the MVM mod and record cinematics there. You would then put your public game clips and your cinematics clips in an edit together? Is that right?

@@ThyPeroz yeah nah i figured it out got it playing back but the bar at the bottom isnt showing and i cant pause the recording or do anything it just plays thru cause i have to restart the game and lose the commands to lock it in

@@Liquefy you gotta load the mvm mod before you start the demo homie, then it will give you those controls at the bottom. If you record a demo with the botmod the demo will go into those mod files so if you try play a demo you made with the mod, without the mod it won't load it

Yeah of course! MW2 has the best mods for this type of stuff, Its called the Sass mod :) i have a playlist full of tutorials for all this on multiple cods

Helloooo I got another question, when you aim with the sniper, in the cinematic get a kinda blur, how can I delete that blur?

I would say that is related to depth of field or DOF for short. Try looking in the actual game settings for depth of field and turn it off. If you have no luck there try typing these into the console /r_dof_enable 0 /r_dof_nearend 0 if you type /r_dof there will be a few options, if those ones i typed out don't work see what other options there are and give them a try

It is normal when I try to do a cinematic of the character running, it feels like the character has some type of bouncing?

That's happened to me before I just had to reset and keep trying to get the cinematic

@@vfxkaneki yeah if that doesn't help try just remaking the whole cinematic. Sometimes if your to close with the camera the character can jitter a bit, if you record using the avidemo command this will fix that. Pretty sure I have a avidemo tutorial somewhere on my channel 😅

Not necessarily it would be best to, to avoid any errors but it should work with a cracked version provided you have most the main files from the game. Otherwise the mvm mod will struggle to see the game and recognise it
