direction of stairs is anticlockwise which is very bad as per bastu shastra. this is a low lying area. so ground floor will be flooded for sure. that's why the house is freshly painted before sale.

Vastu is a BS created by the real estate agents to artificially increase the price without any logic.. stop letting them sell you for high price by following all this garbage. If something bad has to happen it will happen, vastu is not going to save you. I do though completely agree with the 2nd point !
