If you mean in the anime, not really. If you're talking about the manga, then that's pretty normal. He was an early character, of course he won't handle a candle to the end game powerhouses, unless the story doesn't increase the power ceiling.

@@batsoupp must have been due to sales or popularity didnt do too well, happens all the time. Toilet bound Hanako they did a season 1 for marketing, werent expecting it to be so popular and loved so now they are remaking it. Theres been a couple of comeback animes thats for sure, hopefully one day Aoharu Ride, Aoharu Kikanju and Code breaker get some treatment but I wouldn't hold my breath, flew under the radar.

@@SemekiIzuio yes maybe that's the reason. This anime is like jujutsu kaisen of today and the plot was good too. Wished they didn't have to kill off Hitomi Ao haru ride is like one of my favorite romance animes. It deserves a season 2 also!
