If you know the measures of the capsule you can use position absolute and change the x position of the circle and colors when you click, use a variable in js to know if the user is in dark or light mode. You can do the same for the icons if you change the opacity and play with the z-index. Every will be centered in the y-axis.

Nope, i'm a front end developer and designer for a start up. I've tried a lot of plugins and ai to try and convert a website design to code. This won't work, code will most likely be poorly written, make no sense and most likely won't follow good coding practices, that's the best case, worst case it messes up the entire site and nothing looks like what you initially designed, and will be hard to fix . This all will make it extremely hard to maintain. Just get a developer, or learn to code.
