Hm I'm more and more be thinking that mage builds aren't effective at all and the game is poorly balanced when it comes to build types. Where strength/vit seems super easy to play and deals ridiculous dmg

Yeah I remember seeing tank builds and people just cruising through the game lol The thing about mage builds was that they relied on drain attacks & melee to regain ichor or w/e, defeating the purpose. Some spells were really OP though if you were able to cast them

yeah going strengh is the easy mode just like in dark souls 3.

They added this new attack with the dlc called tranquil slice. It scales with willpower, together with the crimson longs word from pre oder pack it's got really decent dmg for 7 ichor.
