IF you spend time on FB and Insta on career related pages and influences then I don't think you are wasting time as you are consuming information that helps in your career. What I meant is not wasting time and learning what your friend ate in dinner and where your cousin is going for his vacation or some useless news and posts that do not have immediate impact or help in enrich your life.
