This is a lower floor which can be an issue with the slams but Higher floors will have best views.

USP OF THIS APTMT IS THE SPACIOUS FOYER THAT MAGNIFIES THE GRANDNESS OF THE LIVING ROOM. CEILING HEIGHT 9'.5" IS QUITE DISAPPOINTING THOUGH.

It's so unfortunate to stand in the deck area outside the living room to watch those slums and one has to pay in crores to see those slums 24 × 7.I stopped watching the remaining part of the video after watching the slums outside.
