What's your opinion about the 1-3-5-2 formation?

This system requires very good back. If teams don't have goof back, in my opinion should not prefer this system.

Good system with two forwards for attack, possession, but I would prefer 4-4-2 in defending phase with one player like fullback and other like wing midfielder

You wouldn't have the wingbacks so high and not all teams play out from the back.

Yeah, my team have been trying out 3-5-2 (we usually play 4-1-2-1-2) and I got moved from outside back to wing back. It is so much running and I’m usually so gassed by the end of the game

I play wingback in this system it is so much running. It honestly feels like I run a marathon every game.

I think that in modern football the full back too, for example in 4-3-3 runs the same distances...

The center back who is more close to the forward. It's better to play zonal defending.

You can play to the forward, who asks the ball between the lines...

New manager is playing us in 3-5-2 when we dont have a strong enough defense. As a winger/striker I do not like this formation in this instance

3 - 5 - 2 is considered a more defensive formation than 4 - 3 - 3. But there are no wingers.
