in problem D, binary search will make complexity become O n log n, left and right will be recalc every loop. Because if i increase to n, left and right must be decreased but not lower than i, this thing allows us reuse left and right states with 2 while start from n-1, that makes complexity become O n

where is it showing ? At the start of contest there is an option given if you want to give contest as unrated , you might have choosen that

@@sahelisohanitwins7492 No, it's not like codechef , if your rating is low , you can give any div contest , if your rating is high , perhaps greater than 1800 or 2000 then you can give lower div contest as unrated...but you can also choose in some contest if you want to give contest rated or unrated... It's because if you don't want that contest to affect your rating

@@harshittiwari5202 I have joined as rated contestant. Also, I checked the leaderboard of contestants. Nobodys ratings have updated after this contest.

@@bunny_4_4_ probably could take 2 or 3 hrs more , once it happened in div4 that it got unrated for everyone... But there isn't any notice regarding this contest... So they might be taking some time
