22:13 issue was due to firstName was having a condition of required:true but after just filling lastName, we submitted the form. And also the error was caused for all 3 input fields because of event bubbling .

22:40 the issue is firstname main required :true is liye red aa raha hai input field . and midddle name apne class input pe laggayi hai with firstname wali so that error show ho raha hai you have to chnage for middlename input error.middlename
