So I was facing the same problem, there's 2 websites for downloading compiler, you have to download from where this KZbin video show(I also thought I have downloaded from the same website but not) you don't have to download from the website that shows 32 bit and 64 bit. Once you download from the correct website that shows last updated 2021, it will show option. And also delete the previous files. It will help you.
