Fine but ato forson can't rob Peter to pay paul . He can't eliminate some taxes to introduce new road taxes. If you make durable projects, you'll not have worry much about maintenance costs. We don't have severe weather and hugh machineries that are tough on roads to warrant taxes. Besides mineral resources, sales taxes are enough to address all expenditures. Cut expenditure, misuse of assets and extravagant lifestyle Politics is to serve & NOT to generate personal wealth.
