Operation S.A.F.E.T.Y. is an interesting episode. It's interesting to have an antagonist who's an antihero/antivillain who genuinely cares about kids, but just goes a bit too extreme in trying to help them. Operation E.N.G.L.A.N.D. is a nice episode. We get the culture shock of Nigel visiting England for the first time in memory, meeting Sector E, as well as the rowdy Hooligans from Across the Square, and the lead up to Operation Z.E.R.O. with the mention of the book of K.N.D. and Numbuh 0. The "Richard and Mary" meaning library is Cockney rhyming slang, a secret language invented by Cockney prisoners. It was also used as "English English" in Austin Powers in Goldmember. Operation A.W.A.R.D.S. is fun. I quite like the musical number. Pottymouth was originally supposed to cuss with censorship beeps, but the censors were concerned viewers would be able to read his lips. The writers proposed he could say nice things that would be censored, but the censors rejected that too, which resulted in his final dialogue.
