ReactJS is a Library while AngularJS is a complete framework. It doesn't make sense if you compare Framework with Library both are way different.

typescript is not strongly typed at all you can still have vulnerabilities in typescript by lying to the compiler its just a static type system

You can use libraries like zod to enforce types in runtime. This is useful for things like validating form result, or response coming from an API etc.

TypeScript can be used wherever JS can be used. But TypeScript don't run by itself. it compiles into JavaScript and runs.
