Mene bahut socha fir pata chala...ki.. Jese apn ne is video ke end me dekha tha file open na hone pe io error hota he but agar apn Exception vale except ko aur IOError vale except ko comment out karde aur sirf EOFError ko rakhe working me.... To kehne ko to apn pe try are ek except method he... But we are not catching the right exception or we can say exact problem... Jiski vajah se age ka program jisme likha he print ("important stuff ") vo executive hi nahi hoga... But agar apn finally ke andar kuch bhi likhe ex- print (" run this anyway") vo print hua cahe try fail ho ya except, finally run hoga... But if try except aur dono fail ho baki ka program run nahi hoga...

According to me print always runs after except block for a statement. Whereas, finally always runs for a statement , program(code) ,etc. whatever in that block. Am i right?
