Hey man, great video and i can only agree on every single point. I worked for many years as a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer for several international companies and you nailed it. Especially the part with "charisma/character > skills". The interviewer basically assumes that you already have the skills or some/most of it, so if you do good in the skills part its like "Yeah, that's what we expected from you", so you can really shine in the charism part. Teams these days are also more focused on people who fit the team rather than just code-bots.

The question I never liked from a potential employer... what makes you feel that you are the best candidate for this position...... How I want to respond to that question but never do.... anything I say, would be based off of my own opinion my question to you is what makes me not the best candidate for you in this position....... If they actually answer, at least this way, I have a more better understanding of what I need to work on and the understanding that they're probably not gonna hire me.
