What happens when two people have the same score in a Problem. What is looked for in that case? Is it the time taken for the code of the individuals' to get executed ; whichever is lesser that one is rated up than the other. Or is it the time taken by the individual to code it and submit the code, the one that gets accepted, I mean the time in which he codes and submits the correct solution?

Yes I have to go with kotlin for Android devloper so I completed my oops concept and then move on to kotlin and trying to understand and making a good logic with code chef because it's gives begginer problems to advanced yaa codeforces is good but for me it's too early

Timelimit is same for all languages So It might get tle using python but not with other languages

The time limit is optimized according to language . I have seen question which accept 1 second for c++ and same problem gets accepted in 5 seconds in C++

Oh god ! Take me out of this competitive world, it is competing with one self that is valued that's why they show your growth chart of rating. I hate comparing with others, who knows what has what sort of environment around them, what kind of conditioning they have had, it is not my way to really compare, I just make sure to perform better than my yesterday at any cost.
