So the money will be send to the developers account right? How can i send it to another paypal account without knowing their client_id and secret?

You could then programmatically send it to another account. But first you need to have it in your account.

Some time paypal takes hours to complete the transaction. what if the transaction is pending?? Will i get a response from paypal if the transaction successful after few hours. What API should i include if the transaction is processed next day or refunded ? Please answer me this bro...!!
