NYSL is a team where, if they can be consistent, they can even beat Faze. We've seen it multiple times. NYSL has the potential to be the best CDL Team in the League. I'd say the same about Ultra, but their Teamwork never seems to be quite on par with NYSL imo. Sucks what happened to Optic though, but honestly, those mfs don't even feel like they care about winning. Idk what happened to them.

That first round on Highrise Control might be my favorite round of Control ever. What an insane set of kills. If I recall, Round 1 was like... 17 Kills Subliners vs 3 Kills Faze. I've never seen Faze get played that hard. I mean they came back and won it, but my god, they blinked and lost 15 lives like it was nothing.

A big reason why NYSL gets these amazing underdog style wins. They are getting team after team and only improving. Faze had it easy, NYSL worked for it and that meant Faze underestimated NYSL... even though they've won before. Faze also choked that second SnD to be fair.

NYSL always seem to win underdog style lol That is the most entertaining way to win, but it also makes sense. If you're playing team after team, only getting better vs Faze breezing through a couple teams well... I think the morale for NYSL only got better and they got way more practice, so they knew they had that win in them, they didn't even DOUBT themselves lol
