I agree with you Jacob his acoustic stuff is really good the pure essence in his voice I just can’t get enough of his music. Garth Brooks is my favorite Country singer because his music in concert is the same you hear it on the radio or cd etc it’s REAL COUNTRY MUSIC. country music needs a lot of things. it flat out is trash now, especially what is on the radios. Cody Jinks, Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, Matt Mason, Cody Johnson and others are some of the only good ones left. just because you listened to music before we were born, doesn't mean that we don't listen to that music as well now, just means you listened to it first. Texas Country is where you need to go to find great country music now. it's the only good 'country music' left.
