After Cody's flat performance in the Whitney ( footing problems ? ) it was good to see him get back into it here. On the one hand analysts may have wondered what took him is long to dispose of these lesser calibre horses but in hindsight after seeing his race in the BC Dirt Mile, it looks like CW was just polishing things up, tuning up for better. You could see that fire come back, that game face.
