Another rad look at your set up. KING of the MOTOs is going to be so good with you and your new ride. GYTR must be logging all this in and getting their own set up for 2026 new YZ 250CW. It must come with that clutch cover lol. I know that 1000s are praying for a CW 250 or YZ250cw from dealer. I really see you in 1st or 2nd king of moto. As long as nothing is damaged.

Was pretty heavy when we decided to call it a good morning run on various trails. The snow added to the rocky fun on stuff I was showing some guys. Question for not running a 12 tooth counter sprocket just how fast did you wear out your chain ? I'm riding a KTM 300xc-w and when I run the 13/51 my rear wheel is moved forward and I understand it's better for it to be as far back as posable ?? Your thoughts on this pls

I wonder how much the cold is affecting the suspension. Did you try to compensate for that? Did you lower the mousse air pressure? Putting a shorter kick starter lever would make it easier to get your big foot on the lever.

Why does Cody have the stock triple clamps on and not a pair of billet ones ? I have a pair of Luxon triple clamps on my yz and it's alot better turning and handling through stuff like this , is there a reason why he runs the stock triple clamps?

And that’s why you are the best guy to do this build! Us regular folks can relate

@codywebb2 🤣 hey Cody you should try a pair of Luxon triple clamps they are really good for the yz , 23.5 off set and you can change your bar position in 6 different set ups it really helps with balance on the bike , and in the hands of someone skilled like you they would be really good, they are not very cheap but definitely worth it , love that you are on a yz now it's very exciting to see hope you do very well this year 🎉

@@annaliseulrich433 I’m not that cheap depending on the upgrade. To me, a hydro conversion is a way bigger bang for your buck than clamps. But for gncc style racing, someone would beg to differ and I would agree with them

Sorry no offence meant. I guess I just mean that a lot of these parts you are using are bolt on and accessible to most people. Aside from the suspension and hydro clutch most are a reasonable expense for us Joes. Both the hydro clutch and suspension have obvious advantages that we can quantify. But things like a billet triple are not always a reasonable expense for most people and it’s maybe not as obvious to see the advantage for a regular Joe. It’s fun to see what a pro would do with MOSTLY accessible parts! And it’s fun to see how your style is the same/different than our own. And maybe gives us an idea if we were ‘on the right track’ with some things. Probly the closest most of us get to having an inside look at a pro racers bike. It makes you relatable! And we love it! Nice to see a change from the super factory hush, hush that we usually see. Although I’m sure you have some secret sauce somewhere 😁 we are rooting for you!
