Now this is a nice demonstration of the power of non-default tubes. I probably should look into getting a rack and fuse both. Great comparison of the different tube lengths and how they can impact the height and even performance of different shells. I didn't know a 15" tube made that much of a difference for a mine shell!

That is going to be me New Years, I am actually going to place an order for way more fuse and a few racks for New Years this year, I gotta drive a 4 hours to get more fireworks this fall because Utah allows up to 3 inch 9 shot cakes but no Mortors but I will have my ATF licence this fall and when I light illegal fireworks I always make sure I am EXTREMELY careful and safe so I don't ever have issues with police. I also dont use Roman candles or Bottle rockets and my area has nothing that can catch fire or cause damage. I built my own 9 shot rack this year and it is built so well it is impossible it will ever have any issues however I have the money for a rack or two and some fuse so I might as well get a higher quality rack this year for New Years and a bunch of different fuses as well. We are lucky and because of Pioneer day which is actually today we are able to do fireworks New Years, Chinese New Years, the 2-6 and 22-26th of July I have done a few very occational mortor's when we have a foot of snow and never had issues as well but I always do them around 6pm and when cops and neighbors aren't scared of a fire starting it makes it a bit easier to get away with shooting off fireworks very occationally during the winter. I am HYPED to get my ATF licence and start working as Pyro crew and go as far into the 1.3 world as I possibly can. I am 27 so if I work my ass off and do everything in my power to keep going deeper and deeper into the professional world I hope to be setting up some of the best shows accross the US :) I already have worked twice when I was younger as Pyro Crew for the Stadium of Fire and can't tell you how lucky I was to be able to do that two times. It changed my life and I've spent years learning all I can about the world of fireworks and 1.3 firework safety and the training I should expect when I get my training this fall :)

Consistently the 15-inch tubes are shooting higher it's just like a rifle. There in the tube longer getting a greater speed if it wasn't for the time fuse they'd be going even higher on the 15 inch before they went off. The longer there in the tube the more speed they get and go higher irregardless of the time fuse you're going to get a little bit of extra height out of the 15 because it's coming out of the gun faster.
@RESPECTda8086 жыл бұрын
Count me in 😉
@h808i56 жыл бұрын
What if you modify the tubes and drill a hole about an 1” or 2” down from the top on the sides so you can slip the fuse in and even add a metal piece in the drill hole that’s flushed with the inside so there’s no resistance?...hmmm🤔🤔🤔🤔 lmk if that would work

I cant share. Its not letting me 😡. Watching this video and while you were saying about the 12” and 15” tubes. Have you thought about having a 12 shot rack like you did with the angles, but having it set up with both 12” and 15” tubes. Alternating the tube size. Ie 12”, 15”, 12”, 15”, 12”, 15” per side but offset? So it would be set up 15”, 12”, 15”, 12”, 15”, 12” on the second rack. Just an idea for you! 😊 keep the videos coming. Love watching your videos 😊😁😆
