It might be a translation issue, but it currently states when her CR is over 80%, the CD for ultimate increases TO 125% of the original value, not BY 125%, which would be a 25% increase not a 125% increase.

I’m also going 4pc Puffer + 2pc CD sets. Since I’m going M1W1 Evelyn I figured when I play her right I would get the bonus of the set during the stun window of the boss. Hormone and Woodpecker are safer sets but after reading and trying her, 4pc Puffer looks more unique.

Since Evelyn doesn't have a dedicated Drive Disc set yet, do you think 3 2pc will work? I'm planning to use 2pc Hormone (10% ATK), 2pc Astral (10% ATK), and 2pc Branch (16% C.Dmg). I have a good enough substat on those piecr already to reach 80% C.Rate.

Usually a 4pc set effect out weighs a 3x 2pc, though I'm not completely sure in this case.

@ yeah I agree. But in Evelyn's case there seems no clear winner in terms of 4pc + 2pc setup. That's why I'm interested in experimenting with 3 2pc for her.

@ambaridzkiramadhantyo7297 just asked around. Here's why. 1. The 9% buff from woodpecker scales off buffs in combat vs. the 10% disc drive that ONLY scales off her base atk. Means much more atk to scale off from, especially given Lucy, Caesar, Soukaku, and Astra's buffs. 2. The Woodpecker 4pc can be applied 3x with BA, counter, and EX, which total a 27% atk boost in the right situations.

Woodpecker isn’t the greatest on her because her ex-special dodge counter isn’t considered a dodge counter for some reason. I rlly hope they make a set for her, but based on leaks there’s no sign of it happening next patch😢

If I win my 5050, Im gonna play her w Astra/Koleda w Swing Jazz 4pc and just play for Koleda's stun that buffs chain attacks and spam chain attacks of Eve when theyre stunned. But if I lose my 5050 id just try and get my Qingyi to m1 after if I have enough. wish me luck 🤞

The better way to find it is on the tv screen infront of the couch in the hdd room. You can also find it in the events tab with the art cover of Evelyn and Wise looking chivalrous in knights armour and Astra as the princess. This would also be the gameplay that is displayed in the video.

hi can someone rate my build for Evelyn? 69% crit rate and 176% crit damage (its without her core skill what gives her another 23% crit rate) i got her 4 piece woodpecker and 2 pieces of blade song, and for w engine i have Mercato Desire, but ill try to get her signature weapon

Just so you know, people are against recommending inferno metal because you're not gonna be getting burn procs like that unless you're running burnice, and it's going to be very easy to overcap crit rate on her because she buffs her own crit rate by a lot.

Pls do yourself a favour and dont use Inferno Metal 4pc. Even IF you can keep up the Crit Buff all the Time you would Hardcore Overcap in Critrate.she has 19,4% crit rate by default, gets another 25% for her Tether which is 100% active AND then on Top you would add 28% from Inferno Metal. Thats already 70% Crit Rate without even a W Engine. If you get her W1 or use Marcato Desire (her best f4p Option) you would end with 92% or 97% Crit Rate without a Singe Substat. If you use her W1 you have to avaoid any Crit Rate Substats because otherwise you would overcap. Good luck getting a Driveset that doesnt have 1 Critrate Substat on it.
