Honestly glad that I'm not the only one thinking this while watching the video lol. The Black Mirror vibe is so strong it's insane. Regular human beings get caught into a seemingly normal situation that turns out to be a twisted manipulative game, forcing them to reveal their true nature. Charlie Brooker can absolutely adapt this into a future episode.

I used to watch this show when they had it in my country (all these game shows get licenced out to different countries) and I don't think I've even seen anyone win more than 20k. the thing i thought of was 'cute dog' vs 'potentially scary homeless person'.... you know how in some cities you have a homeless population or see random people on the street that are sketchy AF? i've been stalked before, ranted at before.... i'd probably choose the dog too, on account of the danger factor. UNLESS i was shown the homeless person and they just looked regular, not psycho. (fyi there's actually a lot of mental illness in the homeless community. one of the travesties is that if our medical system and mental health system was better, and if meds were more affordable, a whole lot of people wouldn't have to be homeless. very common for you to have people suffering from schizophrenia not be able to afford the meds that would let them function in society whatsover. it's cruel.) anyway, no idea what her process was. maybe she's just a snob. but, maybe not. seattle and st augustine really changed my view on stuff personally. one lady was literally screaming at people, foaming at the mouth and god it freaked me the hell out. she was berserk. then the stalker guy - was glad a friend was with me but even 2 against one felt like shit odds. took a while to shake him.

I'd say it's a little more accurate than astrology since it's not just random, but it's still not that reliable.

@@Mmk12a Astrology is pseudoscience for sure, but it's not random. Researching not just how star charts work but the history & behind each constellation choice etc. is pretty interesting! It's probably somewhere above the MBTI in more-trustworthiness on the scale of "science or horse shit"

True, that’s why polygraphs can’t be used as court evidence, but are more for entertainment purposes like this.

Really enjoyed the vid! I’m wearing headphones though and by the end I had a high pitched noise (idk what it’s called) in one ear after all the shouting 🙈 I thought we’d gotten a bit too PC these days but when you reflect on how tv used to be, it really puts it in perspective.
