After watching this video, I've realize and learned a lot of thing about business analytics. By using tools and technique to turn data into meaningful business insights. Knowing the different types op analytics which is the descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Those business problems and off course Cody said that were not just exploring data for fun instead we seize on market opportunities. Also I've learned about the work planning whereas we should know how to analyze the problem, estimate the effort and build a business case. Same also on how to analyze, visualize and interpret the business that were planning to work. The example given in the video for the traditional analysis that for big STRUCTURED implementation supports lots of demand, sometimes it stiff. While on the other hand the big data analysis where for big UNSTRUCTURED implementations supports lots of demands and it can be very fast. There are also challenges and tips he imparted to us people and to the students that do really help a lot. Understanding the the benefits and business impacts of analytics. In his video he covers the business analytics planning, the need for a business case and some technique and tips that we can use to get our business analytics started. I have been doing this without knowing some of the things that you mentioned, there's a lot of noise and buzz words around analytics, just now I'm trying to see what's the trend with the "science" word added in data, the only thing I have not been doing yet is presenting statistic for predictions, and I guess that is the tricky part and therefore the science word involved. I'm studying again some maths concepts to fill this gap that I already have. Good video!.
