These weren’t even the performances yet.. these were just soundcheck bc there was a lightning thunderstorm coming so they had to evacuate.. there were ppl filming the whole thing non stop…but gma always edit videos after they post for quality purpose… I don’t know why they would edit that part but they def did lol bc it wasn’t like that when I watched it live… there’s also literally so many fancams and he only got to shoot seven and dynamite once…. They ran through euphoria twice like they always do in Korea… is that the standard other places? I duno but anyway… there’s really good fancams and you can tell they edited they made him louder where he sings and then backtrack louder when he’s taking a breather….. remember this was just soundcheck for that part at 6:13. The golden vocalist of BTS don’t do that lip sync business!!! The boy can’t stop singing ever 😂 I would love this euphoria band mix bc he changed those notes at the end and his adlibs into his more golden warm tone and I am obsessed with it. It works SO much better for a live band version of euphoria…. If you listen he even sings “euphoria” the word in a different way…. It’s usually a shorter saying that ends right at the “ah” sound it cuts off…. But he kept it connected and dragged out the syllable before the ah a little bit … it’s subtle but fits the live band style so much better imo… he’s such a musical genius… yoongi was right ! So fun !

JK has been feeling even worse since entering NY and has had injections and IVs. He was also coughing during the LIVE feed after the stage. But he sang 3 songs for the fans who were waiting for him.

I'm not sure you are aware, but the actual "concert" for GMA was cancelled due to T-storms and heavy rain, so they filmed the Sound Check. That's what you are reacting to. So, yeah, there may be a few glitches, like when he pointed to his in ears like he couldn't hear right. Also, he did a Weverse Live right after GMA and said he's been sick and his throat wasn't in good condition. Can you believe this man? He's still sick. He came on Live again wee hours of the morning US time and said his throat was feeling better but it's in his nose and sinuses now and he's coughing and sniffling a lot. Yet, he sang SEVEN accapella version (a combo of clean and explicit versions...lol) while he was sick just for us! I feel so bad for him, but I'm supporting however I can by streaming, watching the YT video, buying the song(s) on iTunes, etc. etc.

6:13 Like you said, I was curious about that part and looking for a fancam. You can also check out this video(kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6S4pYysfM-WmbM) then you can clearly hear that part is the backing track and definitely where the live vocals are. I think this is a technical issue from a mistake by sound engineer(?) bcs they originally planned to do a live broadcast but due to bad weather, JK pre-recorded this performance without any rehearsal and the production team had to rush to the editing room mid-air

Yeah, seen a few fancams and you can see no issues (like kinda lipsyncing) from what they captured! Must be technical issue!

the part when he pulls the mic away i noticed in the gma clip the same thing as you, where it looked like he was lip singing. but i was there in person to see him live, and in the clip i took on my phone, u can clearly hear the difference from when he pulls the mic away (being the backtrack) and when he puts the mic back to his face (singing live). idk why gma edited it like that its so annoying

I can attest to that - I was there - I also have original videos from my phone - he did NOT lip synch at all - there was backing track - but he was definitely singing live . This part in our own video ( not this GMA one ) the backing track was lower volume! It almost look like they had this edited to have it louder ( when he pulled the MiC away ). It’s up to people to assume - I was there and so are many ARMYs - he sang LIVE , he sang Euphoria 2X , then Seven & then Dynamite ! He was amazing !!!

This was supposed to be a practice because the rain so he san Euphoria two times. He walks down stairs twice to go to the main stage. Also he was sick for this and had a cough and had to see a doctor. Impressive plus not his language.

He is really ill, and just sound check .... so back vocals might have been needed here. I doubt if he would have done that for the actual concert. Nit uncommon for artist. We know he will give us his heart and the very best!

@@carolcrooks7018lol no back vocals were needed… jungkook sang full out completely and you couldn’t even tell he was sick until we heard him speaking in the interview. Shows ALWAYS check and edit any musical performance after they post it and they will make post production things like lowering the backtrack volume when he’s singing live and raising the backtrack whe he stops to breathe.. but from all the fancams you can very clearly hear him through this part… so I don’t know why they would edit that part like that but they did lol unless they’re an anti which sounds crazy but with all the western artist fandoms merging together to try and block jungkook from getting number 1 on the bb chart ….. weirder things have happened lol I mean Selena Gomez, Nikki Minaj , jimin solos, the country dude who is at number one and luke combs fans, I mean Ariana grande fans all having streaming parties just to block JK from succeeding. Never seen anything like it lol fans are doing insane things to try abs make Jk look bad somehow.

Jungkook is the only vocalist who is actually also a sub rapper from the vocalists… jungkook was the only one that actually really rapped. V and jimin kind of a bit… Jin maybe some melodic rapping/singing….. but yeh jungkook is the only vocal who actually has a rap position kind of the same with hobi being the only rapper who also has a sub vocalist position!

He spoke on Weverse later and said he was having problems breathing. It was pretty obvious he had a really bad chest cold. So he may have had to stop singing at times. Also this show was sound check and it looked like the weather was nasty Anyone else would have cancelled the show but despite the weather and his cold he did his best.

It's a technical issue. It doesn't happen if you watch a fan cam. Since this is just the sound rehearsal, the people editing this were probably a bit rushed as it was supposed to be live, but the show got canceled because of bad weather and they sued the rehearsal clips.

OMGosh! I have been de-programmed from this BTS adulation/worship thing (8 years)! What a relief. Lo and behold, the JK/BTS seven EXPLICIT single (f*****g you right) dropped. I am not a fan of this single because I find it a little vulgar. I was shocked! BTS has Muslim female fans. Furthermore, sexually abused women and girls are the most disenfranchised group in the world. They are poor; and are head of the household caring for fatherless children. What's with the f****g you right thing? Is he crazy? I have stopped watching his performances. I cannot look at him. When I looked at all the ARMY's responses I was puzzled. I think they are the youthful fans (they are in the majority). They were crying, expressing their un-dying love, etc. Wow! I then decided that I was hopping of the IDOL bandwagon. I think I should be able to decline from buying their product if I do not like it and tell them so. HYBE's stock might be an issue; but I am standing my ground! JK's critical thinking is suspect!
