Some sprinters do distance, it's just harder on our sprinters body because of how we train, witch involves a whole lot down to what you eat, and that's the key FOOD‼️ for sure distance swimmers fill up on carbs ,,,,,, so that's why harder on sprinters, we literally run out of gas fast‼️ then you still have to go distance, then our body starts eating muscle,,,,,,,✌🏼️💫 Awesome video Codey‼️✌🏼️🌊

1500m in 15:36?!? Great!
@verward6 жыл бұрын
no, it's 1650 in short course yards. Which is slightly less than a 1500m in raw distance, but you get way more turns.

Ward Huyskes that still makes it harder than 1500m tho. I know I’d rather swim the 1500m

At suppose at Cody's level he knows where the wall is but I make my swimmers wear clears indoors so they're more confident going into their flip turns because they can see the wall. Otherwise, they instinctively slow down.

This is an odd question, and maybe a little invasive, but how do you make a living? Just paying for day to day expenses or like a to your personal trainer John. Also when you go on training trips to Arizona for example. Does Indiana University take care of some of it, or all? Small sponsorships? I’m just a little curious.
