The one time I ever allowed a wrist in front tie they tried the figure 8 rope tie. It failed miserably and I was free faster than even the model in this video "freed" herself. I will never again allow anyone to do a wrist in front tie on me or in my presence. My two hard limits the use of any tie where the wrists are not tied behind the back and the use of blindfolds. I think I'd rather have been shot instead of being put into a tie like this in the event someone was to try and kidnap me.

You can try keeping your wrists facing the same direction. It makes the surface area of your wrists larger so when you rotate them into each other your wrists take up less space which can slip through. I know it works for zip ties not sure about tape

Flex tape or utility-strength zip ties, and always behind the back for me. If you've pre-planned, use handcuffs without chains (just a metal bridge with a hinge), position arms behind back, and use paracord or chains to attach to the cuffs and to something elevated behind them so they can't lower their arms, crouch, or lean forward without intense shoulder pain. Keeps em standing upright, which will wear them down. An easy way to reassert control is to lift the thing they're attached to, which will lift them in the air and either dislocate their shoulders or tear something they don't want torn.

No one in the BDSM scene here would ever tie someone up like that. The tape on her mouth is just falling off because you should never use tape like that to gag someone, because it just don't work. You need a proper mouth gag, the ball gags are not good, you can get a inflatable butterfly gag, which are really nice. As for the hands normal metal handcuffs aren't so go because a woman wrists are not that much bigger than the wrists, so the handcuffs can usually metal handcuffs can normally slide off. You can get lockable leather cuffs, they really do grip, which is very nice, you can't slide out of those lockable leather cuffs if they are done up properly. As for the legs, metal cuffs are good because they wouldn't just slide over the feet. I think straight jackets are nicer than cuffs as long as it's a good one and you do it up properly.
