I like the organization and the clear, concise structure to the video. It could be improved with concrete examples and a team of people talking/interacting instead of only thematic ideas. Sir. To meet the goals of COE 2.0 I recommend removal of the Sailor's Creed as this is not a time honored tradition of Naval service and it is an example of "faking behavior" under our Honor and Courage core values.
