Very much like proper mountain biking to me. Use the sheep paths and bridleways to get from A to B, through streams and swamp etc. All I had when I was young was natural or bridleway or footpath, so loved this video so much!

Trail Doug it was such a perfect day. Amazing bunch of people. Great weather and trails. I really enjoyed the route you took us on as well. I usually just do beast in full. And that cheeky walkers trail was outstanding 👍

Boss video mate I’m quite local to here and looking to hit it soon, any advice on where to start to be able to hit all the trails you did and are they in sequence or did you have to do some and then a climb back up?👍🏻

This sequence was done by following a local who knew all the short cuts. But to fully enjoy this place. Start at the visitors centre. That is where all the trails start. Every time I visit I just do the beast. Which is 18 miles long. And hits all the best bits.

Roadie/touring cyclist looking to get into trail riding. This channel is building my psych up to ride some trails, amazing videos and riding! Question - could you ride this kind of trail on a hardtail or would it be a bit of a slog? Cheers

Thanks mate. Yeah get your self out trail riding it’s great. I’ve never ridden a hard tail and never will. I’m sure they are great for cross country rides on gravel tracks. But rough terrain like in this video. Full suspension only for me

Best thing about a full suspension bike is that you can lock it out on road sections or gravel roads. So it’s like an efficient hard tail. Then unlock for rough stuff. With a hard tail it’s harsh all the time. Happy riding

thanks Paul. It’s a great place to ride. My favourite Trail Centre. I’m using hero 8 now. But this particular video was shot using the hero 7. I just use the auto settings really. And 4K 30.
